This license lets you run a pet cemetery or pet crematorium in New York State. The New York State Department of State (NYSDOS) gives out this license.

A pet cemetery is a place for the burial or internment of animal remains. A pet crematorium is a place to cremate animal remains.

You must pay a fee to get this license. The license is valid for two years. Your business must have at least five acres of land to get the license.
